Karen did a great job during staging our home to get it ready to sell. She came into our home and worked efficiently and did a beautiful job. She was able to use everything that I had currently owned and deducted a few items where necessary. Her changes were subtle but had a great impact when photographed. The only items I had to purchase were produce and fresh flowers to help a few colors pop. She made the home feel fresh and new.
The staging process can be overwhelming as you are comfortable with our own belongings. It’s hard to imagine your rooms being styled differently. She went room by room and the house rocked! The house went on the market the next day and we had two offers within 12 hours. I highly recommend using Karen, she’s the best!

She began with my current furnishings, along with adding a few new and unique touches, to bring out the best of every room. I was so impressed with what she was able to do that I hired her to help me with personal decorating for my move to my new home. Karen worked with me to pick out furniture and items that were transitional and would work well with any space, knowing I would be moving within a year. We hired Karen and Pink Door Decor to decorate our vacation home in Florida. She did a terrific job of giving it a coastal feel per our request. At the same time it is very cozy. She did a fantastic job of staying within our conservative budget as well.
